**Summary**

We are seeking a Community Care Assistant to join our team at SureCare Shropshire. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care needs.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A valid driving license is desirable for travel between client locations.
- Empathy, kindness and compassion

Salary starts at £12.50 per hour ( we do not pay a lower rate for travelling time / waiting time or training) bonus pay on bank holidays

We have a variety of shifts available from the traditional 0700 - 1400 & 1600 - 2200 to the family flexible ones 0900 - 1400.

We offer guaranteed hour contracts and flexible bank shifts

Mileage paid at 0.45p per mile

Comprehensive uniform provided to meet infection control standards

Full paid training provided - no experience necessary - perfect for a career change

Team events and bonus scheme

Pay: From £12.50 per hour
