**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Your ability to communicate effectively and your organisational skills will be key in driving sales and maintaining store standards.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and recommend suitable items, utilising upselling techniques where appropriate.
- Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed effectively.
- Process transactions accurately using the till, demonstrating basic maths skills for handling cash and card payments.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.
- Stay informed about product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and conducting stock takes as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently throughout the day.
- Previous retail experience is an advantage but not essential; a willingness to learn and adapt is key.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
- A friendly and approachable demeanour with strong communication skills to engage with diverse customers effectively.

Pay: From £25,880.00 per year
