Misty waters bar and grill is looking for a Front End Associate to join our team

**Job Summary**:
The Front of house is responsible for providing customers with a friendly, professional, and engaging experience, and to work and engage as a good team player with the kitchen therefore creating a great atmosphere for all.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Greeting customers as they enter our facility
- Assisting customers in finding the best seats in our theater seats theater
- Operating a point-of-sale system, including entering orders into computer, reading tickets, and verifying customer payments
- Checking customers out after their visits to our facility
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the front lobby and parking lot
- Restocking supplies in front of the theater (e.g., paper, envelopes, staples, etc.)
- Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager

**Required Skills**:

- Ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well under pressure and remain calm and professional throughout the day
- Excellent verbal communication skills - able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet-based systems (i.e., Google)
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with frequent change and uncertainty

**Salary**: From £10.00 per hour
