The Marketing Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to boost the brand's presence and drive sales. This role involves managing social media campaigns, optimizing ad performance across platforms like Instagram, Google, and TikTok, and enhancing website visibility through effective SEO practices.

**Key Requirements**

**Experience**: Minimum of 5 years in marketing strategy, with a focus on digital marketing and social media campaigns.
- **Skills**:

- Proven expertise in **Instagram Ads**, **Google Ads**, and **TikTok Ads**.
- Advanced knowledge of **SEO optimization** and website traffic analysis.
- Strong understanding of analytics tools
- Ability to design and execute ROI-focused marketing campaigns.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. (Preferred but not mandatory).

- **Strategic Vision**:

- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and execute marketing strategies tailored to food or hospitality businesses.
- Experience in increasing online engagement and driving e-commerce sales.

- **Creativity and Content Development**:

- Experience in creating engaging content for social media platforms.
- Ability to collaborate with designers and content creators for campaigns.

- **Tech Savvy**:

- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress).

- Must be based in London or willing to relocate.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team.

- Proven record of boosting social media engagement, ad conversion rates, and website traffic.

Pay: Up to £25,000.00 per year
