**Task**:
To provide customer support and administration support to sales/operations.
**Key Success Factors**:

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Hierarchical Relation**:
Internal Sales Manager Working within the office to enhance the customer experience by providing contract co-ordination, alongside the Sales & Operational Teams. You will fulfil the requirement of contract co-ordination post sale. To ensure that all invoice queries, damage charges and off hires are processed in line with the standard operating procedures. To liaise with Credit control, ISE’s and the regions to fulfil Customer’s requirements.

- Must be able to work effectively as an important part of the team
- Strong work ethic; self-starter; results orientated - Good ability to plan, anticipate & react positively
- Good communication and relationship building skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in an operational/functional matrix organisation
- Ability to work under pressure
- Work to a high quality standard both as part of a team, and when working individually Work Experience: - Customer Service experience
- Strong sales administration background
- Project Co-Ordination experience
- Administrative skills
- Used to working in a busy environment and operating as a team member and using own initiative to solve problems. Has previously worked to targets - Has proven experience and ability to work effectively with internal and/or external customers.
