We are seeking a talented Team Assistant/PA to join our successful agency and provide administrative, and PA support to our busy MD's.
What will you be doing?
? Managing and coordinating the MD's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
? Drafting and preparing recruitment-related documents, arranging and planning events and social occasions.
? Project managing and assisting with our new office renovation.
? Coordinating travel and scheduling appointments with external stakeholders.
? Providing support for all management team meetings, producing draft agendas/papers/reports for review.
**Requirements**:
? Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in a professional services environment.
? Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with an outgoing nature and personality.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office tools.
? Ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain confidentiality.
