**SITE: BROXBURN**

**HOURS: 6.00AM - 14.20PM**

**DAYS: MONDAY - FRIDAY (NO WEEKEND WORK)**

**CONTRACT TYPE: FULL TIME, PERMANENT (37.33 HOURS PER WEEK)**

Due to rapid growth and expansion we are currently recruiting for trainee butchers to work at our site in Broxburn.

We will train you to work on a production line, trimming and deboning primals of beef at a line pace or you will work on a vertical carni liberator system, deboning beef quarters at a line pace.

**Skills and Experience**:

- No butchery experience required
- The ability to respond positively to change and work well under pressure
- Willingness to work and learn
