Client Service Executive

Meraki Talent’s industry leading Financial Services client are looking for a Client Services Analyst to join an expanding team.
This is a key role as you will act as the first point of contact for client enquiries and managing client administrative processes and resources to contribute to an excellent client experience.
**Responsibilities of the Position**:
- Provide support & assistance to the Front Office
- End to end management of account opening, on-boarding and transfer processes, liaising with operations teams were appropriate.
- Support quarterly portfolio valuation processes.
- Monitor, resolve, escalate outstanding aged queries
- Focus on internal relationships between the front and back office
- Log, maintain and respond to written client enquiries in a timely manner
- Contribute to the review of team tasks, identifying improvements with a view to enhancing client service
- Maintain a robust control framework
- Support management in the production of various MI, KPIs and KRIs
- Organise workflow and allocate tasks within the team
**Background of the Position**:
- Experience working in a similar role in Financial Services, the Investment or Wealth Management industry
- Experience managing end-to-end administration processes
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages: Minimum basic level Word and basic level excel
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, to those at all levels of the organisation
- Demonstrate an ability to build and foster working relationships with employees at all levels of the organisation
- Enthusiastic and positive can-do attitude
