Liverpool, United Kingdom Turret Orthodontics Full time

Book Keeper required at our orthodontic practices in Liverpool/Warrington area. This role will be hybrid, able to work from home and in practices.

Your duties would include, but are not limited to
- Overseeing Sales Invoices into to Xero on a daily basis, addressing any import issues.
- Daily matching of remittances
- Credit Control
- Investigating queries on invoices i
- Helping to keep the Sales Ledger in order
- Help to bring reconciliations up to date for credit cards etc.
- Once full trained assist in weekly submission of factoring facility with bank, includes collating the information and reconciliation ready for drawdown
- Assist with some Expenses, Credit cards, Purchase Invoices, payments etc. as and when required including covering holiday
- Other ad hoc duties
- Good communication both written and verbal
- Work independently and liaise with other team members to follow through queries and resolve any problems.
- AAT preferred but not essential but experience, good accounting with double entry knowledge an advantage.
- Experience using Xero accounting package preferred
- Experience with Office Package especially Excel

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Bookkeeping: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- AAT (preferred)
