Plumber

A highly reputable and well-established Main Contractor with a portfolio of Social Housing, Affordable Homes and Student Accommodations are looking for an experienced Plumber to join their Littlehampton based team.

**The Plumber's role**

The Plumber will need to carry out routine maintenance works including the likes of Drainage, 1st fix and 2nd fix maintenance all whilst adhering to a HSEQ standard. They should have experience in producing operational paperwork (time-sheets, job sheets,etc) and be a strong communicator as they will provide technical knowledge to assist other trades across the business when required.

The Plumber will report directly to the Repairs Supervisor but will need to bring a pro-active approach to dealing with other internal and external stakeholders. This includes identifying new clients through good working relationships, maintaining high customerservice at all times and promoting company values consistently.

**The Plumber**
- Plumbing NVQ or equivalent
- Previous experience in Plumbing and/or multi-trade role
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Experience with Resident Properties essential
- Experience with 1st and 2nd fix maintenance essential
- Good understanding of HSEQ requirements
- Comfortable working in a team or individually
- Full valid UK driving license
- Willing to commute across Littlehampton
