We have an exciting position for a **School Administrator** to join the team at Glenesk School based in Surrey.

As the School Administrator, this role is primarily responsible for supporting the School Secretary in the day to day running of the School office. The role is also responsible for providing high quality organisational, administrative and secretarial support and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams is essential.

Key Responsibilities will include, (but not limited to):

- Greeting visitors and parents
- Maintaining pupil files and the pupil database
- Completing the administration for school trips, wrap around care and school clubs
- Preparing termly calendars
- Supporting the school secretary

Essential Qualities we’re looking for:

- Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook confidently
- Highly organised with effective time management
- Sociable and personable with high levels of energy, drive and resilience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Calm under pressure, adaptable, flexible and able to prioritise.

Whilst not essential, previous experience in a School Environment would be beneficial
