**About the role**:
This is an opportunity to support the successful delivery of the UK's largest Smart Water Meter programme. We are installing tens of thousands of new smart meters every year, this role will support that gargantuan effort through the resolution of issues androadblocks that challenge the programme.
The role will involve working with a wide variety of stakeholders, including front line staff, project management professionals, customer experience specialists and IT departments both internal and external to Thames Water. You will develop an extensive knowledgeof Thames Water IT systems as these are essential for supporting the programme.
**What you will be doing**:

- Provide effective support for Project Delivery. Supporting with the organisation of projects and adherence to project governance.
- Support in removing blockers and engaging with project stakeholders.
- Utilise corporate systems such as SAP and Salesforce to provide project information and troubleshoot issues.
- Managing and resolution of project risk and issues log.
- Identifying areas where improvement and efficiencies can be achieved within the project and supporting with the delivery of these improvements.
- Managing relationship with Risk & Efficiencies team and the Customer Performance team.
- Maintaining project material such as customer letters, website copy and stakeholder engagements.
