We are actively seeking a **National Accounts Co-ordinator **to join us at our Head Office
**This is a 12 Month FTC**
Hours: 37.5 per week
**Salary**: £22,000 per annum
**About You**:
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and lives our Customer Charter.
- Strong IT skills and attention to detail
- Ability to organise workload in order of importance and able to prioritise workload to line with the business and customer needs.
- Excellent customer relation skills, comfortable dealing with a wide range of customers, people and teams.
- Ability to work in a team to encourage a supportive environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential
**About the Role**:
The National Accounts Co-ordinator role is to work closely with the team, which will involve the processing of invoicing, quotations, customer service, account management and administration duties.
- Supporting the National Account Managers in the day to day running of their customer accounts including the supplying of prices.
- Arranging and co-ordinating all relocations, site call outs, service requests, tank empties.
- Inputting quotes on to CPC and converting quotes to contracts
- Processing and completing all off-hires through the CPC System.
- Following up enquiries to secure orders.
- Chasing for documentation such as Proof of Deliveries and Collections and other signed paperwork.
- To provide documentation when needed to assist in the resolution of customer Invoice queries.
The above list is not exhaustive, and you may be required to carry out additional duties from time to time to meet the needs of the business.
