**About the role**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Team Leader with proven customer experience skills to work in our Bath store. Key responsibilities include:

- Supervising a team of crew members utalising excellent people skills
- Delegating tasks to ensure effective running of the store
- Completing store opening and closing, including cashing up and stock taking
- Focus on ensuring excellent customer service from the team
- Ensuring product is produced to brand standards and upselling is taking place

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.44 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
