**SUPPORT WORKER**

**LOCATION**:Kemptown Brighton (office base)

**JOB TYPE**:
**HOURS OF WORK**:37.5 hours per week full time. Flexible working on a 7 day rota to meet the needs of the Service Users. This can include working evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep in shifts.

**RESPONSIBLE TO**: Senior Worker

**ACCOUNTABLE TO**:Registered Manager

**SALARY**: Brighton Living Wage Employer. Full time salary at £26'870.00 per year based on a base salary of £24,570.00 (£12.60 p/h) and one paid sleep in per week.

Do you have the passion and commitment to support and enable people with very complex needs to live in their own homes?

Have you worked in mental health services? Do you have experience working with people on the autistic spectrum, people with personality disorders, learning disabilities, ADHD, or other complex needs such as Pathological Demand Avoidance?

Do you have skills that would enhance our team?

The role involves supporting individuals with all aspects of their daily lives to help them achieve personal goals and independence within the local community.

SPINC has a unique approach to developing and encouraging all members of the team to exercise their skills within the health and social care sector to encourage staff to participate in training, team meetings, and involvement in developing strong systems to support individuals.
