Lettings Advisor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Lettings Advisor to join a fast paced and exciting lettings team on a full time basis.

About the role:
You will be required to:

- Introduce, market and match suitable properties to prospective tenants.
- Advise and promote our other products and services.
- Build rapport and relationships with landlords and prospective tenants.
- Arrange appointments with prospective Tenants and managing your own diary.
- Help out with day to day tasks relating to property management (inspections, logging maintenance, move in/move out reports etc

Knowledge/Experience:

- To be outgoing, enthusiastic and confident
- Strong organisational skills
- Great time keeping and punctuality
- Ability to multitask and work to deadlines
- Articulate with good communication skills
- Fantastic telephone manner
- Work independently or as part of a team
- Customer focused and proactive approach
- Be able to adapt quickly and have a calm approach to problem solving

**Salary**: £22,000 - £26,000 OTE with no commission caps

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Birstall, WF17 9EY: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
