Welder / Fabricator (Classic Car Restoration)

Working at Ramsport is an experience unlike any other; you will be cutting your teeth on some of the most iconic and desirable cars ever designed, and as such will develop skills and approaches unique to these vehicles. Often; our approaches and techniques will foster frustration and fatigue. Once mastered, you will be able to perform any given task not only to an acceptable standard, but to the best standard possible.

It must be understood that we at Ramsport set ourselves extremely high standards of professionalism. We keep our workshop fastidiously clean with the understanding that the results that we produce can only be attained under the best working conditions.

Sucsessful applicants, therefore, will be expected to contribute to these high standards of cleanliness and professionalism immediately after joining the team; ensuring that the workshop is clean, tidy and organised at all times which will be expected to adopt and contribute to immediately upon joining us.

Required:

- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Strong time and productivity management skills as well as great punctuality
- Reliable transport due to location
- Welding experience
- fabrication experience

Desired:

- A keen interest in motorsport and classic cars
- A communicative and conscientious approach to work, being comfortable in considering and acting upon the ideas and suggestions of others.
- Approachable and friendly attitude whilst interacting with both colleagues and customer
- Experience in this field
