The newly established and developing respiratory physiology service is looking for a motivated, flexible respiratory physiologist to work within the team to provide access to diagnostics for Powys patients.

The successful applicant will have the exciting opportunity to be involved with supporting the development of a newly established physiology service in a unique environment. The scope of the role is to contribute towards building a successful physiology service that is community based across a large geographical area. Powys Teaching Health Board is a community based service provider which encourages staff to become multidisciplinary and demonstrate autonomy.

The current services being developed are spirometry, full lung function testing, CBG, sleep diagnostics and CPAP issue. These are being reviewed and added to on a regular basis, as the service model develops.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a service right from the start to help us and help you grow skills together.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
