Key skills include:
- Creation of management tools to ensure correct use of systems in line with procedures and policies
- Regular price analysis of stock to ensure accuracy of FIFO values
- Ensure accuracy and recognition of all additional calculated elements on stocks
- Reporting on inventory levels in the warehouse on a monthly basis
- Reporting on wastage, shrinkage, positive and negative adjustments to stock i.e.safeguarding the liquid assets of the business
- Assist in the financial modelling of business cases and financial plans for relevant proposals to drive improvement
- Preparing and reviewing trend analysis and providing commentary and insights thereon as part of the monthly reporting process
- Continuous improvement of system use to reflect changing needs and activities within the business
- Presenting key analytical findings to variety of non-financial stakeholders within the business to drive performance forward
