We are a growing digital healthcare service dedicated to improving access to high-quality ADHD assessments and treatment. Operating under WebCare Group, our platform connects patients with experienced clinicians for safe, effective, and evidence-based ADHD diagnosis and ongoing care. Our model supports multidisciplinary working between assessors, prescribers, pharmacists, and clinical leads.

We are expanding our clinical team and looking for motivated ADHD Assessors to join our remote service.

**Purpose of the Role**

The ADHD Assessor will be responsible for carrying out structured ADHD assessments for adults, using validated diagnostic tools and digital platforms. You will contribute to delivering accurate, timely, and compliant assessments within a CQC-regulated and quality-assured environment.

You’ll work as part of a wider clinical service including prescribing clinicians, pharmacists, and quality assurance leads, ensuring each patient receives a consistent and safe clinical experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Clinical Assessment**
- Conduct structured ADHD assessments via video, using validated diagnostic tools.
- Gather relevant medical, psychological, and social histories to inform clinical decision-making.
- Prepare clear and comprehensive assessment reports aligned with NICE guidance.
- Liaise with prescribers or multidisciplinary colleagues to support diagnostic confirmation and treatment planning.
- Ensure assessments meet clinical and governance standards for accuracy, documentation, and safeguarding.

**Governance & Quality**
- Adhere to service SOPs, clinical protocols, and data protection standards.
- Participate in internal audits, peer reviews, and case discussions.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with CQC and GMC/NMC standards.
- Engage with quality assurance processes to continually improve the service.

**Professional Development**
- Participate in supervision, training, and ongoing CPD related to ADHD and telehealth practice.
- Keep up to date with evolving ADHD diagnostic criteria, NICE guidelines, and digital healthcare innovations.
- Support the service’s ethos of continuous improvement and clinical excellence.

**Person Specification**

**Qualifications**
- Registered healthcare professional (e.g., GMC, NMC, or GPhC registration).
- Postgraduate or certified training in ADHD assessment or equivalent experience.
- ADHD-360, UKAAN, or equivalent diagnostic training.
- MSc/Postgrad in Psychiatry, Psychology, or Neurodevelopmental Disorders.

**Experience**
- Minimum 1 year assessing ADHD or working with neurodevelopmental conditions.
- Experience using structured diagnostic tools.
- Familiarity with remote/digital assessments.
- Experience in telehealth or private healthcare settings.
- Experience in report writing and multidisciplinary case reviews.

**Knowledge**
- Understanding of NICE guidelines for ADHD diagnosis and treatment.
- Awareness of safeguarding, consent, and data protection in digital healthcare.

**Skills**
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Strong clinical reasoning and risk assessment ability.
- Comfortable working autonomously and remotely.
- Experience contributing to service audits or clinical training.

**Reporting Structure**

Liaises with**:Prescribing Clinicians, QA Leads, Clinical Operations, and Governance Team**

Pay: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bolton BL2 2HH
