**Swift Placements** are currently supporting our well established client within the legal field. They are actively recruiting for a Legal Assistant to join their Conwy Office on a full time permanent basis.

**Key Duties**:

- Support the lawyers within the team with all aspects of assistance.
- Provide high level support ensuring all lawyers are able to complete their role efficiently.
- Preparing legal documentation.
- Liaising with clients and contacts.
- Provide first point of contact for clients.
- Utilise Docusign software.
- Time recording.
- Supporting with invoicing.
- Diary management.
- Update files on case management system.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience within a legal environment e.g. Legal Assistant, Paralegal.
- Knowledge of case management systems.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office.
- Excellent customer service.
