When it comes to children, we provide personalised care with key workers for each child who devote themselves to giving children the best care and education. We know that early years education sets children up for life which is why we aim to provide education of not only academic skills but also social and cultural skills to set them up to be confident, culturally diverse and intelligent young people. We hope to build a strong relationship with each child and their parents/ carers so we can work in partnership to create the best environment for your child.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to meet the emotional, physical, intellectual, and social needs of children
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment for all children
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Monitor and record children's progress and development
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the nursery
- Manage activities effectively both indoors and outdoors
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues

Successful applicants must undertake an enhanced DBS check and provide suitable references.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
