We are very busy during service hours and prepping hard before and after. The role advertised is crucial to the smooth running of the cafe. You'll be responsible for keeping the Kitchen and Front of House team supplied with clean dishes as well as clearing tables and delivering food to customers.

**About you**

Reliability and a strong work ethic is essential to this role. You will need to be able to work at a fast pace, maintaining momentum throughout your shift. A positive attitude and a good level of fitness are key qualities for this position. Ability to communicate well with customers and other team members is also important.

**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for washing dishes and putting items away throughout the shift
- Taking out food and communicating with customers and the team as required
- Cleaning and closing the Prep end of the kitchen at the end of each shift

**Requirements**:

- Reliability to turn up for every shift on time.
- Flexibility in availability to work. Saturday shifts are an essential part of this role
- Good organisational skills
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions well.
- Ability to work well under pressure, maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
