Portering Supervisor

At Sodexo, we are passionate about provide a great service and we place our patients at the heart of everything we do. To provide a great service, we have a talented Portering Team behind us and we currently have a vacancy for a **Portering Supervisor** to join us

With service excellence as the focus, you’ll supervise and develop your team, always ensuring to run an efficient service whilst making sure all Health and Safety regulations are followed.

You will be responsible for managing your workload and that of your team, focussing on making sure we have adequate staffing levels, completing rosters and payroll for the team.

**A few things about you**

It’s important to have a positive, approachable attitude as this is a customer facing role with supervisory responsibility. You will need to have strong communication skills with the ability to demonstrate great team work.

As Sodexo embeds a strong Safety culture in everything we do there will be procedures to follow such as the Health & Safety, so it is vital that you have good knowledge and experience of this.

You must have experience of portering services within a hospital or similar environment and have previous experience supervising a team.
