KS2 Teaching Assistant - Radcliffe (M26)
Teaching Personnel are working with a mainstream primary school in Radcliffe (North Manchester/Bury) area, who are seeking a full time Teaching Assistant to work with pupils in KS2. The role would be supporting the KS2 class Teacher and pupils as a generalclass teaching assistant, but small group work and 1:1 support will also be needed. As a KS2 Teaching Assistant you will be responsible for prepping pupils work, helping run interventions and 1-1 booster sessions and supporting the pupil's wellbeing.
The role is full-time 5 days per week, Monday - Friday, Hours are 8:30am - 3:30pm. This role is due to start ASAP, due to a resignation from a permanent member of staff until at least the Christmas break. There is possibly a permanent contract availablefor the right TA, if they impress during their time at school.
- Level 2 qualified Teaching Assistant or higher
- Recent experience supporting pupils across KS2 or within primary school years.
- Excellent behaviour management.
- Can develop positive, professional relationships and is able to fit in well with other staff members.
**The Role**:
- Full time Monday - Friday
- Hours approximately 8:30am - 3:30pm
- KS2 Teaching Assistant
- £70 - 85 per day
- Radcliffe, North Manchester/Bury area
**Responsibilities**:
- Providing support within the classroom wherever required
- Delivering activities on one-to-one or small group basis
- Ensuring children are engaged
- Adapting to every individual pupil’s needs
- Helping with behaviour management of children
- Creating displays of children’s work

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
