**About the Job**

Residential children's home team leader

NB - This job requires experience in **Children's Residential Care.**

This is a **Full-time job role** We offer competitive rates of pay, and our sleep in rates is **£60 per night**

**Duties include**:

- Taking point on shift and leading by example.
- Delegating duties fairly amongst staff.
- Training up new members of staff.
- Participating in on-call rota and taking out of hours calls when required.
- Ensuring daily reports, health and safety checks and care plans are completed and up to date.
- Assisting with the support and ensuring the Child or Young Person's needs are always met.
- Working in partnership with Deputy Manager.
- Assisting with supervisions and appraisals.

**Salary**: £32,160.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Southport: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
- NVQ Level 3 in children and young people (required)
