**Remote -** but in line with business needs may need to be at our offices in** New Milton Hampshire UK **once a month.***

**Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00 - 35 hours per week.**

**Up to £30-35,000 dependent on experience**

This is a creative, and highly varied role, the position of Marketing Executive at Appello will play an important role in the continued growth of the business. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Bids, this role will provide the opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills, creativity to flourish.

As Appello continue to lead the way in the move to digital solutions within the sector, this role will focus on content generation, maintaining our position as a dynamic thought leader within the Technology Enabled Care sector.

You will have demonstrable experience in delivering outstanding written communication with an ability to communicate technical messages in a clear, straightforward and engaging manner. From promotional content to technical guidance, this role will support in growing the Appello business and ensuring that customers have a great experience with our products and services.

The position will develop and manage content plans, create educational content to support the delivery of new products and services, and show a willingness and capability to support in the overall delivery of the marketing strategy.

We are looking for someone that will be contributing to the development and implementation the annual marketing plan. This will include; lead generation, retention, PR and reputation management.

They will be assisting the business in driving sustained and profitable growth, in particular by ensuring marketing expenditure is within agreed budget.
- All website and social media platforms. Optimising our use of digital channels to improve educate and engage audiences on the services delivered by Appello.
- Content creation, publication and management, ensuring digital channels are updated frequently and interpreting data to identify leads and opportunities.
- Ensure all channels meet brand standards and content is consistent with strategy, compliant with relevant legislation and offers customers an enhanced user experience.

- Develop and circulate a project timeplan, including a brief for each marketing campaign, liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure business requirements, implementation timescales and communication standards are met.
- Use available research to improve the performance (delivery and impact) of marketing communication (websites, collateral, etc)
- Produce marketing collateral to support successful customer acquisition and retention.
- To support other members of staff with the development of effective communication to all customers, particularly Local Authorities, Housing Associations, service users and relevant third party bodies.
