We are now seeking an exceptional **Butler** to work within our talented team in delivering unparalleled guest experiences.

Our **Butler** will provide 'contemporary butler' offering to all hotel guests and coordinate the provision and service of guest rooms and suites. As a **Butler**, you will ensure warm and engaging service that anticipates guests need, creating an incredible experiences.

**Your key responsibilities will be**:

- Display a pleasant and positive attitude and promote efficiency, courtesy and confidence within your department ensuring all guest requests are carried out in a timely and professional manner following hotel standards.
- Delight our guests with a highly personalised, intuitive level of service.
- Handle all guest requests efficiently and professionally, following hotel and brand standards.
