We are now looking for a Stock Management team Leader to join our team at our Contract Logistics site based in Lichfield where they will assist our operation in supporting our high profile retail client. The role is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment within a rapidly growing business and sector. The role involves making sure we reach customer expectations by ensuring operational targets are met.

**This role is responsible for managing stock on night shift.**

**Role Description**:

- Coordinate daily activity with the Warehouse Supervisor
- Manage and direct work executing activities including but not limited to - Cycle Counts, investigations, Reports in-line with customer requirements
- Communicate and react quickly and effectively regarding unexpected labour needs
- Manage labour hours and electronic time keeping systems, procedures and processes updated
- Interview and train prospective new team members; completes 1-2-1's and appraisals
- Ensure all subordinate staff understand performance targets and KPI and clearly outlines what is expected
- Deal with complaints quickly and address internal and external stakeholder needs promptly
- Drive innovation and recommend process improvement
- Review records to ensure accuracy and compliance (where applicable)
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Complete RCAs/8d's to establish reasons for discrepancies and suggest mitigating or preventative measures.
- Monitor and ensure KPI's are met in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Assign duties to subordinate staff and monitor for neatness and conformance to standards set out in BBP's or SOP's
- Work with Operations Manager to ensure ISO / HMRC / SMS / HSE compliance for assigned facilities
- Prepare reports for leadership
- Assist in maintaining physical properties, promote and ensure a clean and safe work environment
- Promote the company in a positive and ethical manner
- Carry out any reasonable request

**Package Details**:

- Salary: £25,334.40
- Plus Nigh Shift Allowance
- Company Pension Scheme
- 20 Days Annual Leave Per Annum + Bank Holidays.
- Company Sick Pay.

The working hours for this role are Monday-Friday 21:30-06:00, flexible around business requirements; based at our Lichfield Site.
- Please note that this role will begin as Monday-Friday _**day shift**_ _for training and familiarization purposes. Night shift will commence once training and competencies have been completed, therefore the night shift premium will not be paid until night shift commences._
