**Sevenoaks | Full or Part Time |Approx. 6 Month Fixed Term Contract**
**c£45,000 - £55,000**
Our award winning client, based in Sevenoaks is looking for an experienced Compensation and Benefits expert to join them on a 6 month basis (potential to be extended).
The role will be working for a values driven, gold rated investor in people organisation that offers enhanced benefits.
The role will be reporting into the Head of HR and will be reviewing and making recommendations on various compensation and benefits related projects.
**Role Duties**:
- Manage and deliver specific projects to support the people strategy
- Review the benefits package and associated policies and deliver advice on changes
- Manage and liaise with external consultants when required
- Collaborate with key stakeholders
- Embed the organisations key values throughout all projects
- Ensure all projects adhere to the organisations diversity and inclusion policies
- Proven experience of delivering reward related projects is essential
- Experience of leading and managing change
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Experience of working within various organisations and across different industries
- Able to influence at all levels
- Excellent team player with the ability to build credibility quickly.
