We have a new role for a versatile individual to join us and build our Service Delivery Lead function. Are you the person to help mould and develop this new role across IT Services and Service Delivery & Support, delivering a Continuous Improvement ethos across our teams.
As the Service Delivery Lead you will analyse service performance, security, service level agreements, continuous improvement and reporting. Bringing together Acceptance into Service (AIS), Service Management & Analyst experience, blended with Problem, Incident & Change Management, this is an ideal opportunity for a hard-working, driven individual to make the next step in their Service Management career
You will need to be able to demonstrate strong leadership and team-working skills, combined with excellent communication and digital literacy. This is a phenomenal opportunity for someone to develop and implement Service Management across ITS Service Delivery & Support, embedding a Service first approach and promoting a continuous improvement ethos.
