**Site Lead - Access Sport Birmingham**
**About the role**:
Our prime focus is to nurture talent, desire, and determination. We’re looking for someone passionate enough to want to share their knowledge and experience with active and hungry young minds. If you are passionate about sport and would relish the opportunity to support, develop and lead a unique and engaging curriculum, then we are keen to meet you. We are looking for a Site lead to support a range of learners engaged in sports-based study programmes leading to a Btec Sports qualification. Working with the centre team, you will take responsibility for the development and delivery of our provision. From planning lessons and assessing student work to coordinating resources and managing student activities to developing industry links and course marketing. Working at the core of the student experience, you will work among experienced, passionate tutors as well as within a support service provided by our Central Team.
**About you**:
Qualifications:
- A formal teaching qualification at level 4 (CTLLS or equivalent) or above.
- Literacy and Numeracy qualifications at level 2 or above.
Knowledge and Experience
- Experience delivering L3 BTEC, Teaching qualification desirable.
- Experience of working in FE.
- Experience of the post-16 age group.
- A demonstrable record of success in previous roles.
- Classroom management
- Compliance management
- Managing learner attendance

**Salary**: £24,538 - £31,850 depending in experience and qualifications
