Quest Employment is looking for a skilled Line Leader to join one of our bespoke clients based in Stevenage.

This client specialises in packing and distributing vegetables to retailers all around the UK.

For this role you will be managing a small team within the production department.

The factory is set in rural Bedfordshire and boasts many benefits, such as free onsite parking and and a wonderful clean canteen area that serves fresh food daily.

**Duties**:

- To work as a member of the production team and to make sure all orders are checked in both quickly and accurately.
- To ensure that aims are achieved and targets are met in a safe and efficient manner, whilst continuously improving systems, performance and operations.
- To manage a team of operators and ensure the smooth delivery of product to the production areas.
