We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team in Warrington, working with a major client in implementing and developing a culture of Continuous Improvement by leading CI initiatives and projects. You will have a full understandingof the operation, systems, network transition and implementation processes to deliver objectives, playing an active part in the site ethos and strategy in order to excel the client’s expectations.
Ideally you will have Lean or equivalent experience in warehousing and logistics, are currently a CI or Operational Excellence Manager and have the drive and passion to make a difference. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday - Friday,office hours, however flexibility maybe required.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £60,000 per annum. In addition, we are offering a Company Car, 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Identify cost savings and efficiencies by utilising resources and exploiting operational synergies
- Be responsible for all improvement tools and techniques, control all key operational processes and project manage key process changes as part of the business project portfolio
- Support operational compliance to contractual agreement through technical and operational management as required
- Provide operational and project support throughout the business, in addition to developing colleagues to solve their own problems through CI tools and techniques

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Strong previous experience leading continuous improvement and operational excellence activity in a complex warehousing/logistics environment
- Ability to effectively develop and build key stakeholder relationships across all client teams, and internally
- A heavily analytical, process-driven and data-focused approach to your work
- If you have Lean Sigma experience this would be a big tick for us
