Amach is looking for a remote-based Accounts Assistant with strong dual jurisdiction (RoI/NI/UK) payroll experience.

**Required Skills**:

- Previous exposure to bookkeeping
- Familiarity with debtors, creditors and banking
- 2+ years of demonstrable dual jurisdiction payroll experience and some relevant accounts experience
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite

**Key responsibilities & duties include**:

- Processing of RoI payroll for about 30 employees
- Processing of UK payroll for about 10 employees
- Owning the transactional relationship with Employee Benefit providers in RoI and UK, ensuring updates are recorded timely and accurately flow through to payroll
- Filing monthly and annual returns to Revenue and HMRC
- Ensuring our HR software is accurate and up to date with changes as advised by our HR department
- Identifying the best fit for purpose payroll software in each jurisdiction and overseeing the migration from existing package, if necessary
- Additional responsibilities include assisting with sales ledger, purchase ledger, bank transactions and with month-end and year-end audit
