**Key responsibilities**:

- Maximise all opportunities - win valuations, listings, mortgage appointments, home conveyancing and survey instructions.
- Provide an effective sales presentation explaining the company’s key features and competitor differentiation to win listings.
- Value property effectively using a competitor market analysis process.
- Work all procedures and systems effectively and work within all legislative and compliance standards.
- Take responsibility for the marketing of every property listed through effective vendor management.
- Provide great customer service to all our customers.

**Skills and experience required**:

- Target driven sales experience
- Mature, confident attitude and approach
- Enthusiastic with a desire to be the best
- Focused and supportive to other team members
- Current driving licence and own transport essential

**Salary**: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
