**Role responsibility**:
We are looking for a Supervisor to join our group of Pubs & Inns. As a supervisor within this business, you will be given ample support to have real impact on business success. The company's future plans allow us to offer real career progression to enthusiastic Supervisors.

Your responsibilities would include:

- Work alongside the Restaurant Manager to co-ordinate and manage busy shifts
- Be a key part of motivating the entire team.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are being adhered to on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Maintain company compliance with all relevant Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Be the face of the business to your guests, going above and beyond their expectations to create a memorable experience.
- Lead from the front and coaching team members
- Set business for success on a daily basis.
- Be responsible for closing the business when needed to include cashing up and some Duty Management.
