Do you have a real passion for Fashion?

We are currently looking for Administrators across Buying and Merchandising to provide general support. The role will be to
- Assist in sending orders and approval comments to suppliers where necessary.
- Assist in maintaining visual library including clear scans of products and photographing boards.
- Preparing and maintaining stands for second look meetings.
- Assisting with pulling boards, including finding samples and writing stickers.
- Weekly chasing of production and packing scans from suppliers, ensuring lists are updated once received.
- Complete rework forms when requested
- Pulling lists and samples for visual merchandising guidelines.
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties as required.
- Any other duties which may reasonably be required.

- Competent numerical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and present, competently and clearly, a good assertive influencer
- Strong organisational and task management skills, with the ability to manage own workload and oversee the work of others.
