About The Role

As one of our Customer Service Advisors you will handle a broad range of calls on a daily basis, the work is varied and can be challenging, however we give you all the training and support you need to be successful in your role. As a contact centre we pride ourself on internal career development and will help to support your personal development needs, to ensure you reach your full potential. With growth in the team there are possibilities for you to rise through the ranks from Customer Service Advisor to Team Leader and further. One in 5 of our vacancies last year were filled by an internal promotion, so we really do commit to internal development.
What will I be doing as a Customer Service Advisor?
- Work closely with other areas of the business, maintaining and developing collaborative relationships to support our customers
- Develop your product knowledge so you can help customers with technical queries
- Keep informed on marketing and promotional activity
- Keep records of all conversations and transactions on our in house system
- Undertake additional Customer Service related business activities including dealing with 1st line complaints.
About You
As a Customer Service Advisor you will need to show the following skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Active listening
- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience working in a pervious customer service role is desirable, However not essential as full training will be provided.
