We have a great opportunity for an experienced Finance Administrator to join our central finance team in Huddersfield.

**About You**
We are looking for a Finance Administrator to manage the finance and administration of our Glasgow, London and Midlands regional offices, there will be travel involved with this role.
You will be a self-motivated, pro-active individual with an analytical mind and good attention to detail. This role is most suited to those who are successful working independently as well as collaboratively with a range of individuals across the business and functions.

**Essential Skills & Experience**
- Relevant experience in finance and administration
- Demonstrable working knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel, Word and Outlook. Knowledge of Vision would be beneficial but not essential
- A relevant qualification such as AAT would be beneficial but not essential
- Able to work on own initiative, prioritising effectively, with minimum supervision as well as collaborating with others across the business
- Effective communicator across various media to different audiences and at all levels
- Able to build and maintain good working relationships with clients, team members, colleagues and third parties

**Key Responsibilities**
- Calculate and report earnings and work in progress, forward billings and forward earnings
- Maintain Secured Earnings and Grey List information. Regularly liaising with senior team members and the marketing team to ensure the management information system is up to date and accurate
- Set up new clients and projects
- Generate reports, including review of spend and profitability
- Support senior office staff in the finance element of bid submissions
- Work with senior office staff to ensure that the forward resourcing of projects is up to date and accurate
- Regularly review and assess the Subcontractor Accrual to ensure it is accurate, valid and recoverable
- Leading on credit control and advising the allocation of incoming cash
- Prepare and code incoming purchase invoices for payment, including credit card statements.
- Requirement to travel to regional offices

**Benefits**
- Salary: £23,000 to £26,000 based on experience
- Working hours: 37 hours per week (Hybrid Working)
- 31 days holiday inclusive (inclusive of public holidays) increasing with service
- Annual bonus
