They have been trading for many years and have expanded to form a national network of offices operating across multiple sectors. The desk is established and runs at a substantial level. You will be earning commission straight away and this is generating approx. £30-40K in commission and guaranteed annual bonuses.
The Role
- Managing and growing the recruitment desk and developing business within an autonomous environment.
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members.
- Leading by example.
- Working closely with your clients to develop clients and relationships.
- Business development.
- Working closely with the existing team to ensure mutual targets are achieved.
- Working towards a more senior role within the team.
- Will come from a recruitment background (essential).
- Can demonstrate a track record of success and achievement within the recruitment industry.
- Team player with ambition.
