Osmosis ACD is one of the industry’s leading Retrofit Energy Efficiency PAS 2035 providers. We deliver outstanding customer service and technical compliance to all our clients with our in-house surveying, technical and design expertise.

**Role Overview**:

- Undertake on site assessment surveys as required.
- Produce all PAS 2035 Retrofit Assessment documents.
- Liaise with Retrofit Coordinators and Designers.

**What we ask of you**:

- Accredited Retrofit Assessor, ideally with Elmhurst Energy
- Accredited DEA and Qualified Retrofit Assessor
- Experience of working in the residential sector, including a minimum 6 months experience of delivering Retrofit Assessments.
- Full driving licence

Osmosis ACD Limited was established as a joint venture between Osmosis Strategic Consultancy and Sciana Systems Limited in 2021 in response to the Governments strategy for achieving the Zero Carbon target and the introduction of PAS 2035 legislation for retrofit compliance and quality retrofit.

We deliver the highest standards of Retrofit Assessment, Retrofit Coordination and Retrofit Design Services for major retrofit projects nationally - working primarily for Public Sector Local Authorities and Social Housing Providers.

We have quickly established a successful service offering and a loyal customer base and are running ahead of our growth target with secured contracts for projects totalling 3500 properties for this calendar year alone.

**Salary**: £25,000-£30,000 per annum

OTE: £30,500 - £35,500 per annum

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
