Dispensary Assistant

**Dispensary Assistant - Newtown (TURN-A7)**:
We are looking for a full time Dispensary Assistant to join our team in our Turnpike House Medical Centre pharmacy in Worcester.

The branch opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm, plus Saturday, 8am to 2pm and Sunday 6pm to 8pm. Working patterns will be discussed at interview.

The role will include:

- Carry out dispensing duties under the supervision of the Pharmacist manager
- Ensure all prescriptions are dispensed accurately and in a timely manner
- Respond appropriately to customer needs, politely and efficiently, by asking appropriate questions, following the Standard Operating Procedures for Sale of Medicines and Supporting Self-care.
- To maintain the pharmacy to a high standard.
- To monitor stock levels and adapt orders appropriately.
- Be qualified to NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services
- Have previous community pharmacy or retail experience
- Be willing to undertake the relevant training in Pharmacy Services if necessary
- Be able to deliver excellent customer service and work as part of a team

Salary for all positions is dependent on previous experience.
