**Mercure Oxford Eastgate Hotel** is currently recruiting for part time **Food and Beverage Assistant** to join our Team. We are looking for talented people who have a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience and a desire to learn and grow within our team.

You will join a talented and loyal front of house team who are dynamic and experienced in delivering the highest level of service.

**Responsibilities/Requirements**:

- Previous relevant experience in a similar role and within a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional service standards with attention to detail
- Passion for hospitality with a friendly disposition
- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work as part of a team
- Availability to work full-time and be flexible.
- Approachable nature with the ability to communicate to people at all levels
- Always provide the highest levels of service to all guests
- Well-groomed appearance and excellent personal hygiene.
