**Ecommerce Product Search Specialist**:
To support the Rexel Commercial and Digital teams, and improve customer search, product data, product filtering, digital performance, customer experience and to increase sales and conversion rate across our website Rexel.co.uk

**The Role**:

- As an Ecommerce Product Search Specialist for Rexel, your main responsibilities will be to:_
- Work closely with the Category Team to develop and implement the online offer plan.
- Manage the day to day trading of our onsite search, improving customer experience by enhancing onsite search and search features.
- Working with the Category team to refine category search and browsing.
- Work closely with product data team to ensure accurate data on the web shop.
- Using analytics to help onsite search and customer journey.
- Manage and maximise linked product opportunities and add on sales.
- Working closely with group to improve onsite search locally and understand other countries processes

**The Person**:

- As an Ecommerce Product Search Specialist for Rexel, you will need:_
- Cross functional digital working knowledge, organic and SEO.
- Ability to focus on brilliant delivery and relationship building
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to be adaptable.
- Must be highly organised, enthusiastic and resourceful
- Ability to make decisions in a fast paced and complex environment.
- Ability to clearly communicate timelines, tasks and deadlines to all stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen
- Experience of coaching and developing team members.

This role is a FULL TIME - PERMANENT POSITION and we offer a pension, life assurance and 25 days holiday.
