Spares Administrator

Spares Administrator required to cover Maternity Leave for a distribution company in Gloucester. Pay rate of circa £11.50 per hour depending on level of experience.

As Spares Administrator for our client you will be working in a team of 5, with a strong team culture and vibrant work environment and your duties will be as follows:

- preparing spares orders for both the UK and export markets
- processing payments for the orders on a card machine
- producing delivery labels for couriers to be attached to the consignment
- producing delivery notes and invoices
- raising credit notes and refunds on credit car machine
- preparing pro-forma invoices for spares quotations
- dealing with warranty admin
- supporting spares packing department

As this is a Maternity Cover position you will need to have previous administration experience preferably in a similar type of role. Good PC skills required and knowledge of Sage 200 would be a distinct advantage.
