Lets introduce Brenda:
Brenda is looking for an all female support team. She needs an experienced Team Facilitator to lead and guide that team. This is a hybrid role where you will provide team management but also provide direct support to Brenda. This will allow lots of opportunity to model practice and really understand how to 'get it right' for Brenda.
Brenda wants to get the most out of her life, she wants to continue with her volunteer role at Dundee University and possibly undertake an undergraduate degree. She wants to keep up with her family and friends and have an active social life.
Brenda does need support with all aspects of her life including using mobility aids and personal care and this will be a key part of the role. It is anticipated that approx. 32 hours of your week will be providing some form of direct support.
