We’re looking for an experienced supervisor/team leader to join our fun and growing team, with the opportunity to grow in your own role. The Square Rigger sits on a beautiful marina, bringing locals and tourists to its picturesque views which we accompany with fantastic food and service.

You’ll need to be positive and highly adaptable due to the change in tempo throughout the year. During the summer, you’ll be working with a small team that can deliver a big service. During the off-season, you’ll need to be self-motivated as the marina slows down. From à la carte dining to private functions, you’ll need to be organised and strive for great standards every time.

Job role: Full time, 35-45 hours a week. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar and restaurant, often solo during off-season. Ensuring high service and standards are met. Must have evening and weekend availability.
