**Description**:
**What’s the opportunity?**

The Online Sales Co-Ordinator is responsible for proactively contributing to the efficient operation of the Online customer experience, by way of engaging with customer’s using the live chat platform with a view to converting live chat conversations to sales enquiries. You will report to the Online Sales Operations Support Team Manager.

**What does the role involve?**:

- Answering queries via the live chat platform and directing customers to the correct location/department
- Converting chat enquiries into sales enquiries
- Pick, pack and post Customer carpet sample requests
- Make follow up telephone calls to ensure samples have been received
- Keeping the carpet sample stock tracker up to date
- Place service calls to Customers to arrange their carpet fitting
- Place service calls to Customers to arrange their furniture deliveries
- Inbound and Outbound Sales calls (training provided)
- Assisting customers through the online sales journey, converting online customer commitments into confirmed sales purchases by referral to the sales team

**Who are we looking for?**:

- Experience within a customer service/online sales role
- Ability to communicate with customers and colleagues in an articulate and professional manner
- Excellent typing and literacy skills
- Good listening and questioning skills
- The ability to deal with multiple tasks
- Attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
- Flexibility
