**On to the visiting carer role that you are interested in.**

Our new carers attend a 4 day training course, here at our offices in Rotherwas, and they are paid £11.36 per hour while they are on the course. Our Head of Training, Jason, takes you through everything that you need to know to become a fabulous Kemble at Home carer. Or, if you are already an experienced carer, we can offer a shorter training session. Jason is a qualified teacher and his training has 100% positive feedback. Learning and laughter are the words that sum up his training.

Carers are paid monthly and the pay rate is £11.36 per hour Monday to Friday, £11.86 at weekends, £13.28 on bank holidays and £17.72 on special bank holidays such as Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

We have part time and full time roles available. Working hours are between 7:00am and 10:00pm but as our busiest times are 7:00am until 12:00 and 5:00pm until 10:00pm you would need to be available for either some early morning starts or some evenings.

You will need a driving licence and finally, you would benefit from a 40p per mile mileage allowance, a pension scheme and 28 days holiday, pro rata.
